| 摘 要： | 当前，知识经济初见端倪，“入世”步伐日益临近。高等教育大众化也被提上一个新的日程，就业问题成了我国当前的一大难题。本文将对我国就业形势及新形势下的就业问题进行分析，并提出一些绥解就业矛盾的新举措。

| Abstract: | With china' s imminent entry into the WTO, the economy of knowledge has been at the stage. How to popularize the advanced education is now highly on top of the agenda. In the meantime, over country is encountering the serious problem of employment. Starting from the employment situation in China, this article analizes the problem existing under the new circumstance and comes up with some new methods to relieve the conflicts. |
