| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的发展进入了一个新时期 ,运用科技成果促进竞技体育的发展 ,对教练员业务能力及其作用提出了新的需求。现代教练员不应当是一个单一项目的竞技强者 ,而应是一个综合多种学科知识、技能的复合型人材 ;具有敬业精神、创新意识、超前思想、较强的科研能力 ;对新知识、新仪器、新信息掌握的程度 ,扎实的基础理论以及专项的知识和技能 ,构成了复合型教练的模式
