| Abstract: | The journals of colleges in the minority regions should make the best use of the resources of the local humanistic history,ethnic culture and the present academic construction.Meanwhile characteristic columns should be set up or innovated,which must be cared so as to develop steadily and long-range layout for the journals should be established as well.Besides these journals should foster their core competitive ability in a sustainably developing way,displaying their power as famous journal brands. |
