| 摘 要： | 中国入世后，经济全球化进程加快，教育市场开放使高等职业教育面临严峻的挑战和激烈的竞争环境，中国入世也是推动在高职教育领域开展中外合作教育的一次良好机遇。同济大学高等技术学院开展中外合作教育培养技术应用性人才的实践，显示其明显的优势，促进了教育观念更新和办学水平的提高。由此，提出了发展中外合作教育的思考和对策。

| Abstract: | After China's entering WTO,the globalization process of economy has speededup,the opening of education market has put higher vocational education be under severe challenge and in keen competition.While China's entering WTO is also a good opportunity which has promoted the development of sino-for-eign co-operative education in higher vocational education.The practice on implementing sino-foreign co-operative education to train qualified personnel with ability in technology launched in institute of Higher Technology of Tongji University has shown distinctive advantages,and has promoted to renew the educa-tional ideas and to raise the education level.Based on the above,the article poses the measures to devel-op sino-foreign co-operative education. |
