| Abstract: | With boost of the kinds and amounts of assuming S&T projects in the university,the great parts become a important guideline that scales research level of the university.In the paper,the discussion focuses on two factors and the correlation between them,that it is,human orientation and incentive mechanism of the great S&T projects.Relevant suggestions are brought forward. |
