| 摘 要： | 结合目前轨道交通类高职院校校企合作的发展现状,为了激发企业参与的积极性,辽宁铁道职业技术学院积极探寻校企合作的结合点,进行了"引企入教"创新与实践,"一企四校"协同育人,实行校企"双主体"育人模式,人才培养注重学生全面发展,有效激发了职业教育的办学活力,提升了轨道交通行业人才培养质量和社会服务能力。

| Abstract: | Combined with the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation development in higher vocational colleges of rail transit, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in, Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College actively explores the joint point of school-enterprise cooperation, cultivates talent by the alliance of one enterprise and four colleges, implements the double-subject cultivation mode, and attaches importance to the overall development of students, effectively stimulating the vitality of running vocational education and improving talent training quality and social service ability of the rail transit industry. |
