摘    要:近年来,教育叙事研究作为教师的研究方法引起广大教师的关注,并被广泛地运用于教育教学研究领域。在阐述了教育叙事研究的概念、研究方式与过程的基础上,论述了教育叙事研究对中小学师资培训的启示及对中小学教师专业发展的意义。

Abstract:As a research approach,educational narrative inquiry has aroused much attention in the field of teaching recently and been applied in the field of educational teaching and research.The paper discusses the concept of educational narrative inquiry,the research mode and process,enlightenment for primary and secondary teachers' training,and the significance for the teachers' professional development of primary and secondary teachers.
