摘    要:采用结构方程的方法研究了中国企业员工具体大五个性特性和关联绩效维度之间的映射,区别探讨了个性子维度与关联绩效的子维度的关系,证明大五个性维度与特定的关联绩效维度有显著不同的关系。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the relationships between the Big Five Personality and Contextual Performance of Chinese staffs,and discusses relation between different dimensions of Big Five Personality and Contextual Perform- ance.Then the significant relations are confirmed between certain specific dimensions in Big Five Personality and Contextual Performance.Compared with other researches on the relations between personality and contextual per- formance,this paper has raised the effectiveness of the personality's predicting role on contextual performance, which also has the remarkable instruction function in the Human Resources practice.
