| 摘 要： | 知识转移活动是在特定的情景下发生的,知识转移情景既是知识管理的基础、也是实现知识共享的协同要素。本文认为知识的形成具有情景基因,知识内容和知识情景是知识转移活动的两大目标要素。并探讨了知识转移情景的内涵以及情景转换与知识转移的关系,在此基础上归纳出知识转移理论要素,提出了基于情景转换的知识转移理论模型。
