| 摘 要： | 体育产业在我国起步虽晚 ,但发展较快 ,同时也还存在着许多问题 ,产权残缺现象。产权残缺会导致资源利用的下降 ,导致效率的降低。完全产权的发展会促进体育产业的繁荣和发展 ,消除外部性 ,完全产权不仅可以促进人们产生增加效率的动机 ,而且可以提高人们承担损失的义务。

| Abstract: | Sports industry in our county start too late,but develop so quickly,meanwhile,there are many problems in sports industny such as lncommplete property.Incomplete proporty may lead low rate of consuming resources,but the development of complete property may foster the prosperity of sports industry and eliminate external factors.Complete property may not only improve the motives to increase efficiency,but also raise peoples'liability to undertake loss. |
