| 摘 要： | 信息成为一种最重要的资源，正向信息产品商品化、信息服务社会化、信息经营企业化的方向发展。文章在剖析我国公共信息服务输送相关因素的基础上，讨论了影响我国公共信息环境的因素，即公共信息服务资源的配置、公共信息服务资源的共享以及公共信息服务资源的需求与协调。参考文献2。
