| 摘 要： | 近年来,非现役文职教员已经成为军校人才队伍的重要组成部分,如何进一步加强非现役文职教员队伍建设,使之更好地胜任军校教学工作岗位,为培养能打胜仗新型军事人才作出应有的贡献,是一个值得深思和探讨的问题。本文拟从四个方面提出对策。

It is a pondering and discussing question, of which is how to further strengthen the construction of non-active civilian faculty, to make better qualified for teaching jobs, and to make contribution to the new winning military talents. This paper proposes suggestions from four aspects. |
