| 摘 要： | 在高校仪器设备维修服务中心建设和管理中,从维修服务中心运行体制和模式的变革入手,以市场经济中的经营理念来对维修服务过程中涉及到的维修人员的培养和使用、维修档案的采集和管理、维修经费分配和使用等方面的维修资源进行统筹经营和优化管理,不仅提高了维修资源的效用,还实现了维修人员自身综合素质的全面提高,更重要的是在实现了仪器设备"完好率"较大化的前提下,相对地节约了维修成本。

| Abstract: | By the reformation of the operating system and mode of maintenance service centers,it was attempted to co-ordinate business and optimize management with mordern business ideas,including the cultivation and use of maintainer related to maintenance service,the collection and management of maintenance file,and the distribution and use of maintenance costs,which does not only improve the efficiency of maintenance resources,but also the comprehensive quality of maintenance personnels.What's more,the ratio of integrity of equipments is maximized, saving the maintenance costs relatively. |
