摘    要:作研制了一种远程心电监护系统,由患携带的心电记录器、医院方使用的心电接收器和用于心电回放与分析的PC微型计算机组成。它同时采用声耦合的FM调频模拟传输技术和Modem数字通信技术,心脏病患可利用固定电话或手机,通过电话网络,将所记录的心电信号传给医院,本系统适用于建立心脏病监控服务网络、对心脏病患提供远程诊断服务和长期家庭监护。作详细介绍了系统结构、硬件工作原理及软件设计,分析并展望了心电远程监护系统的市场应用状况,同时提出进一步的改进方法。

Abstract:A telemedicine ECG monitoring system, which consists of the ECG recorder carried by patients, the ECG receiver used in hospital and the PC used for the analysis of ECG signals is presented. This system combines modem digital communication and frequency modulation analog signals transmission by acoustic coupling;and is applicable to the telemedicine and the long-term health monitoring in families, and also offers heart disease service network. The patient suffering from heart disease can transmit ECG signals to hospital by telephone network such as phone or mobile phone. This paper presents the system structure, the hardware circuit principle and the software models in detail for the tele-receiving and analyzing of the ECG signals, as well as, the prospect of this system and further improvement.
