| 摘 要： | 在构建企业自主创新能力指标评价体系基础上，运用层次分析法及神经网络分析法，计算山东省17城市工业企业自主创新能力综合评价得分并进行排名分层，实证分析结果显示整体自主创新能力较好但区域之间差距较明显的结论。 |

| Abstract: | Building the index evaluation system for ability of independent innovation and based on AHP and Neural Network Analysis Method, the paper calculates the score of ability of independent innovation for industrial enterprises in 17 cities of Shandong Province, then makes rank and stratification. Empirical analysis shows that the overall capability of independent innovation is good but the regional gap is obvious. |
