| 摘 要： | 汉语的“年代”表述一般采用“世纪 年代”(比如20世纪90年代)的方式表示。近年来有人建议改用“年份 年代”(比如“1990年代”)的形式表示,其主要理由是,“世纪 年代”表述法不便于称说每世纪的前两个年代。这一观点是不妥的。关于每世纪前两个年代的名称问题,我国最早地系统研究这一问题的学者、中国社会科学院民族研究所研究员金有景先生认为应该称为“零十年代”和“一十年代”。这一观点是符合汉语的规律的。

| Abstract: | In general, in Chinese the expression "the CenhJry plus the detade"is used when the decade is expressed. However, recently, the expression"the year plus decade" is suggested, holding it inconvenient to name the nrst two decades of a century when using the expression "the century plusdecade". In this article the author analyses the reasons of this point of View, pointing out the Shortcomings ofit. In addition, the author agees with Mr. Jin Youjing, a research felloW in Institute of Nationalities, Chinese Academic of Social Science, who did through research into this question, holding that the first two detades can be named Lingshi and Yishi decade. The author does further discussion. |
