| 摘 要： | 宋代邸报的新闻活动具有很浓的政治色彩,它构成了官方体制运作的一个链环,在一定程度上亦成为士大夫之间交流的平台。由于受到多方面的干预和影响,邸报所发挥的社会功能是相当有限的。本文在宋代邸报的新闻活动基础上,考察与分析宋代邸报的政治信息传递与以士大夫为读者群体的关系,提出邸报始终代表朝廷的政治传播方向,最终目的是稀释不利朝廷的信息,维护专制主义中央集权的统治。

| Abstract: | Official Gazette("Di Bao") in Song Dynasty which had a strong political meaning was one part of the official operation system.It,to some extent,was a platform for scholar-bureaucrats to communicate with each other.However,due to various interventions and influences,its social function was comparatively limited.Based on the study of news activities of Official Gazette in Song Dynasty,this paper investigates and analyzes the relationship between Official Gazette’s political information transmission and its readers group which are mainly composed of scholar-bureaucrats.The paper points out that Official Gazette in Song Dynasty represents the communication propensity of the imperial court and its final goal is to dilute the information unfavorable to the imperial court so as to safeguard the autocratic centralization system. |
