| Abstract: | The party branch secretaries in colleges and universities are playing an irreplaceable tie-role in works as uniting student party members,strengthening the cohesive force and fighting capacity of party branches.The relevant political and ideological qualities,working qualities,the occupational qualities of holding comprehensive knowledge and the capacity of judgment,leadership,and executive are necessarily acquired. |
