| 摘 要： | 贫困大学生是高校中特殊的一个群体.就业是他们改变自身命运的最关键时刻.本文从实践的角度出发,依次从贫困大学生自身转换度、准备度、适应度;贫困生的家庭关注度及其所处的教育环境和社会环境纯度进行分析,并在此基础上提出了对贫困大学生就业心理进行干预的对策措施,以帮助贫困生大学生早日适应社会,共同创建和谐的心理环境和社会环境.
