| 摘 要： | 劳动观是人们对自身以及他人劳动的根本看法和态度,是人们世界观、人生观和价值观的重要组成部分。劳动观的核心内容决定其理论形态,不同历史时期社会环境及现实状况的差异使得不同时期劳动观的核心内容也随之改变。新中国成立以来,历代中国共产党人在探索马克思主义劳动观与我国社会主义实践相结合的过程中,历经五次历史性跨越,形成了以集体本位、共同富裕、社会财富创造、以人为本、崇尚劳动为核心的五种精髓相通又各具特色的劳动观。

| Abstract: | The concept of labor is the fundamental view and attitude of people towards their own and others’labor.It is an important part of people’s world outlook,outlook on life and values.The core content of labor view determines its theoretical form,and the differences of social environment and actual conditions in different historical periods make the core content of labor view in different periods also change accordingly.Since the founding of new China,in the process of exploring the combination of Marxist labor concept and China’s socialist practice,generations of Chinese Communists have experienced five historic leaps and formed five unified but distinctive labor concepts based on collective standard,common prosperity,social wealth creation,people-orientation and advocation of labor. |
