| 摘 要： | 随着国家及地方政府加大对高等教育的投资力度,近年来地方高校获得的各类专项建设资金陆续到校。作为学校物资设备采购的主管部门,如何按照规范的采购流程和审批程序,克服时间紧、人力少、流程多、任务重的客观条件,科学、合理、规范、高效地完成每年的采购任务是文章探讨的主要内容。

| Abstract: | With the increase of investment in higher education by the state and local governments,a variety of special construction funds were granted to universities in recent years.As the department in charge of the procurement of the materials and equipment,how to overcome the objective circumstance of tight schedule,manpower shortage,complicated processes and heavy task in accordance with the specifications of the procurement process and approval procedures,and how to complete annual procurement tasks in a scientific,rational,standardized and efficient way are what this paper explores. |
