| 摘 要： | 低碳经济是一种新型的经济发展模式,与科学发展观、节能减排、循环经济、建设节约型社会、构建和谐社会的总体要求是完全一致的。当前市政工程施工过程中,还存在着一些与低碳经济要求不相符的方面,如施工排碳没下降、能源效率没提高、环境污染没减轻、低碳技术没推广、低碳意识没普及。因此,需要以低碳经济为指导,实现市政工程的低碳施工,包括建立低碳企业文化、贯彻低碳设计理念、推行绿色施工方式、实施精细管理制度、采用低碳施工技术、强化施工环境保护、完善施工监管体系。

| Abstract: | As a new model of economic development,low-carbon economy is in consistent with the Scientific Outlook on Development,energy conservation and emission reduction,recycling economy,the construction of a conservation-oriented society,and the general requirements of the construction of a harmonious society.However,there still exist some problems that do not conform to the requirements of low-carbon economy in the process of the construction of municipal engineering.This paper studies the construction of municipal engineering from the perspective of low-carbon economy,including the establishment of low-carbon enterprise culture,the implementation of low-carbon design concept,the pursue of a green construction mode,the implementation of fine management,the adoption of low-carbon construction technologies,the strengthening of protection of construction environment,and the perfection of the construction supervision system. |
