| 摘 要： | 由于立法、执法、守法等原因,农村妇女的土地权益在全国许多农村遭受程度不同的侵犯,而且难以得到行政救济,更缺乏制度保障.当前应破除落后思想的束缚,建立有效保护农村妇女土地权益的法律制度,将男女平等真正落到实处.

| Abstract: | Due to the fact of legislation,execution and obedience of the law,the country women's rights and interests in land have been invaded in different degrees throughout the whole country,what is more,it is hard to get the administrative relies and lacks the protection of the system.We should get rid of the tie of the outdated thought at present,build up the law system of the valid protection for the rights and interests of village women in land in order to make sexual equality being true. |
