| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查统计等方法,对轻量级少年男子举重运动员的身体形态指标进行筛选,构建了优秀少年男子举重运动员身体形态指标模型,其具体内容为髂宽指数、克托莱指数、上臂松紧差3项指标.构建了优秀少年男子举重运动员身体形态均值模型、单项评分和综合评分标准的选材模型,为轻量级少年男子举重运动员的科学选材提供依据.

| Abstract: | By referring to Literature,survey and other methods,this article discusses how we can choose the body shape of lightweight junior male weightlifters.The result indicates that outstanding junior male weightlifter body shape models should include the specific content of the iliac width index,Quetelet index,upper arm-elastic difference between the three indicators.Constructing an outstanding juvenile male weightlifters average body shape model and an individual scores and composite score standard selection model can provide the basis for the scientific selection of lightweight junior male weightlifters. |
