| 摘 要： | 在教育改革与发展方面,邓小平继承了毛泽东的德智体全面发展的教育思想,提出了"科学技术是第一生产力"、"教育要做到三个面向"等一系列独到的见解,精辟地阐述了教育的战略地位、教育方向、教育方法等理论问题,形成了邓小平"以人为本"的科学教育发展观,是中国特色社会主义教育事业改革和发展的指南针。

| Abstract: | In the aspects of education reform and development, Deng Xiaoping inherited the education thoughts of Mao Ze-dong's all-round development in morality, intelligence, and physique. He put forward a series of original views such as "science and technology is the primary productive force", "education should be geared to the needs of modernization, of the world, and of the future", etc., expatiated some theory problems: the strategy position of the education, the direction of the education, the method of the education, etc., and formed Deng Xiaopoing' scientific education development view, which is the compass of socialism education reform and development with Chinese characteristic. |
