| 摘 要： | 现行件开放实践既有以件价值理论为核心的相关理论支持，同时开放实践也呼唤着件价值理论等档案学基础理论的创新。章就档案工作规律问题研究现状、及档案工作存在与发展的几点规律性认识进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The practice of opening of current documents not only gets theoretical support from the theory of document value as a core of related theories, but also calls a creation of the theory of document value and other basic theories of archival science. This article makes a preliminary enquiry about current situation of studying on the law of archival work and about some regularity recognition on the existence and development of archival work. |
