| Abstract: | By use of C language a finite element simulation software is developed in this paper. This software runs under the circumstance of microcomputer, and is used to simulate the measuring procedure of array capacitance sensors. A software platform is thus provided for the analysis, design and optimization of array capacitance sensors. |
