| 摘 要： | 分家文书是有关人们社会生活和经济活动的重要史料，本文通过分析清代前期一份徽州农民的分家书，指出：清代的徽州是一个纷繁复杂、即使是面对面办事也需要大量文字的社会。在民间，兄弟之问的分家可谓锱铢必较，即使是很小的财物，产权都需要明细的规定，一旦发生转让，均须以契约的形式加以确认，这显然与徽州社会作为商贾之乡浓厚的契约意识有关。在徽州，契约意识与商业发展形成了一种微妙的互动。由此可见，徽州所以成为著名的商贾之乡，并非偶然的巧合。

| Abstract: | The documents concerning the division of families and their property constitute important historical data about people' s social life and their economic activities.By analyzing a contract regarding the division of a family and its property of a Hui Zhou peasant in the earlier stage of Qing Dynasty,this paper points out that Hui Zhou of the Qing Dynasty was such a complicated soci- ety that even in face-to-face communication people had to use a large number of Chinese words. |
