| 摘 要： | 加强就业指导,提高大学生的就业能力是破解大学生就业难的根本出路。班主任的工作性质、特点和自身素质决定了班主任是实施全员化、全程化大学生就业指导的最佳人选。大一入学适应教育、大二职业生涯规划教育和大三求职技巧培训,三个模块的结合构建起贯穿大学生活的班主任就业指导体系。学校的政策支持和班主任的创造性工作是取得就业指导实效性的可靠保证。 |

| Abstract: | Strengthening career guidance,improving the employment ability of students is the fundamental way to solve the employment difficulty of college students.The nature,characteristics and own quality of the work determines the class teacher is the best candidates who implement the whole-staff and entire-journey career guidance for college students.Freshman entry adapt education,career planning education for sophomore and junior year job search skill training,the combination of three modules set up the career guidance system of the class teacher throughout the college life.Policy support of school and creative work of the class teacher is to get reliable assurance of the effectiveness of career guidance. |
