| 摘 要： | 学科建设在不同的高校基于不同的办学基础、办学目标以及所处的环境等，事实上存在着很不相同的情形。地方高校由于发展历程相对较短，学科建设起步较晚，学科建设工作还比较薄弱。因此，地方高校必须明确学科建设的价值，找准学科建设的途径。具体来说，就是要营造学科环境，建立学科制度、调整学科布局、凝炼学科方向，汇聚学科队伍、构筑学科基地。

| Abstract: | The academic construction is different in the institutions of higher learning according to their foundation, target and environment etc. ,doesn＇t exist the same Situation in fact. The regional high school because their develop ment process is shorter,academic construction start is later and academic construction work still weaker. Therefore, the regional institutions of higher learning must definitely lenow the value of the academic construction and correctly find the path. Concretely saying, we must construct the academic environment, establish the academic system, adjust academic layout, aim at the academic direction, gather academic troops and set up academic bases. |
