| Abstract: | ＂The Proposal of Reforming Chuan Han Railway Conpany by Sichuan Bureau of Consulting and Discussing＂ put forward by Luo Lun reflected the views of the bussinessmen,and which reassured the people. Luo Lun had planned to establish the League for Protecting Railway that caused the Movement of Protecting Railway Projects in Sichuan carrying on like a raging fire, and it had an important effect upon the countrywide revolutionary movement. |
