| 摘 要： | 家畜是“蒙疆”地区主要资源之一,又是重要战略物资,就日本战时经济而言,如何解决该地区家畜的管理问题直接关系到能否满足战马及资源开发所需畜力和军用纤维资源等问题。因此,日本帝国主义通过建立和扶持伪政权,借助其行政权力和法律,对家畜的饲养、繁殖及收购、输出等整个环节实行统制政策,企图达到“以战养战”的目的,使该地区畜牧业变成了日本帝国主义战时经济的附庸。

| Abstract: | Livestock was one of the major resources in the "Mongolian territory" and it was also a very important strategic material.As far as the Japanese economy in the war is concerned,to solve the problem of management of the livestock in the area was closely related to whether the requirement for battle steed and for horses for resource development and military fiber could be satisfied.Therefore,the Japanese imperialists,through establishing and helping the puppet regime,using its administrative power and law,carried out a planned policy concerning the whole process of raising and purchase of the livestock so as to achieve the purpose of "supporting war with war"and thus made the animal husbandry of the area a surbordinate to the war time economy of the Japanese imperialist. |
