| 摘 要： | 女子摔跤运动员在比赛中战胜对手需要全面综合的竞技能力。技战术的全面性及灵活运用是取胜的关键环节。本文通过文献资料法、现场观摩法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法,对河南省63名女子摔跤运动员在2019年河南省摔跤冠军赛中各种技术的运用进行统计和分析。结果表明:河南省女子摔跤运动员整体的对抗能力与国内的高水平运动员还存在差距,站立、跪撑技术动作比较单一;抱单腿和转移技术是站立对抗的主要技术动作,使用率占45.7%和32.4%;抱腰滚桥的使用率占跪撑技术38.5%。建议:提高河南省女子摔跤运动员在比赛中技战术的运用能力;在训练过程中强调技术与战术的结合,培养运动员的战术意识;突出针对性训练和先进训练手段与方法的更新。

| Abstract: | Women wrestlers need comprehensive competitive ability to defeat their opponents in the competition.The comprehensive and flexible use of tactics and tactics is the key to winning.This paper makes statistics and analysis on the application of various techniques of 63 women wrestlers in Henan Province in 2019 Henan Wrestling Championship by means of literature,on-site observation,data statistics and logical analysis.The results show that there is still a gap between the overall fighting ability of female wrestlers in Henan Province and the high level athletes in China.Suggestions:to improve the ability to use skills and tactics in competition of women wrestlers in Henan Province;to emphasize the combination of skills and tactics in the training process,to cultivate athletes’tactical awareness;as well as to highlight targeted training and the renewal of advanced training means and methods. |
