摘    要:根据燃烧与爆炸学课程的教学实验需要,为让学生直观地了解油罐火灾燃烧特性及灭火过程,设计开发了油罐火灾及细水雾灭火教学实验平台。该平台由油罐罐体、燃烧盘、细水雾喷射装置、储水罐和高压水泵等部分组成。通过该实验平台,学生可以直观地认识油罐火灾燃烧阶段性特征及细水雾灭火效果,加深对油罐火灾燃烧机理和细水雾灭火机理的认识,增加对油罐消防系统原理及运作流程的了解,为提高学生的工程实践和创新能力提供了实验支撑。

Abstract:According to the need of experimental teaching for the combustion and explosion course, and in order to let students understand the combustion characteristics and fire extinguishing process of oil tank fire intuitively, a teaching experimental platform for oil tank fire and water mist fire extinguishing is designed and developed. The platform is composed of an oil tank, combustion disc, water mist injection device, water storage tank and high-pressure water pump. Through the experimental platform, students can intuitively understand the stage characteristics of the oil tank fire and the fire extinguishing effect of water mist, deepen the understanding of the combustion mechanism of the oil tank fire and the water mist fire extinguishing mechanism, and increase the principle and operation process of the fire-fighting system of the oil tank. The platform provides an experimental support for improving students’ engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
