| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式的多元化发展不是一蹴而就的,随着时代的向前发展而不断地丰富,由相对单一的国家目标派生出的政府行为向多元化迈进的过程中不断前进。随着社会经济发展模式的丰富与经济水平的提升,在体育产业发展孕育出巨大的体育市场下,去追求经济效益实现的职业化、市场化、社会化发展,在一定程度上将体育比赛看成了某种商品,对商品加工的过程在一定程度上即是对运动员后备人才的培养过程;随着时代前进人们思想的不断转变,在培养后备人才的过程中人们更加地想去追求“以人为本”实现运动员的全面发展,从而对教育系统抱有很大的期望;并随着社会开放程度的加大,少数家庭或个人开启了自我培养的模式;而针对当前社会矛盾中的“不平衡”“不充分”的特点,在“精准扶贫”的背景下去探索某些有特点地区的发展之路或具有特点的发展模式,或许是丰富多元化发展的一个有效尝试。然而,在这样的发展过程中,无论是政府、社会、学校以及家庭个人等主体,在追求自身利益实现的过程中,不断地去磨合,不断地去追求探索构筑相对良好的运行机制,可能会是当前或在今后很长的一段时间里,体育工作者们谈论的主要话题和努力的方向之一。

| Abstract: | The diversified development of China’s competitive sports reserved talent training model is not achieved overnight.It is continuously enriched with the development of the times,and the government behavior derived from the relatively single national goal continues to advance in the process of diversification.With the enrichment of socioeconomic development models and the improvement of economic levels,in the process of sports industry development,a huge sports market has been bred to pursue professional,market-oriented,and socialized development in pursuit of economic benefits,and sports games are seen as a kind of commodity to a certain extent.And the process of commodity processing is,to a certain extent,the process of cultivating reserve talents.With the development of the times,people’s thinking is changing constantly.In the process of training reserved talents,people want to pursue“people-oriented”to realize the all-round development of athletes,so they have great expectations for the education system.With the increase of social openness,a small number of families or individuals have opened the mode of self-cultivation.In view of the“imbalance”in the current social contradictions,under the background of“targeted poverty alleviation”,it may be an effective attempt to explore the development path or development mode of some characteristic areas.However,in this development process,it may be one of the main topics and efforts of sports participations at present or in the future to talk about the constantly collaboration of the government,society,schools and families,individuals and other subjects to build a relatively good operating mechanism while pursuing their own interests. |
