摘    要:少数民族预科教育在中华人民共和国成立初期产生、发展、不断壮大,为新疆和内地高校输入众多优秀的少数民族大学生。在这一发展历程中,教育资助机制为预科人才培养质量的提升保驾护航并且发挥了有效的推动作用。以新疆师范大学预科教育学院学生为研究对象,调查预科生家庭经济状况、学校教育资助机制的具体实施及产生的推动效能,分析资助机制运行过程中存在的问题并提出合理化的建议。

On the Promotion Effect of the Funding Mechanism of PreparatoryEducation on Talent Training

Abstract:The preparatory education of ethnic minorities came into being,developed and expanded in the early years of the People's Republic of China,for Xinjiang and the mainland universities to import numerous out?standing national university students into the professional field of study.In this development process,the educa?tion funding mechanism plays an effective role in promoting the training quality of the preparatory talents.This paper investigates the financial situation of the families of the students in the Xinjiang Normal University,the specific implementation of the school education funding mechanism,and the effectiveness of its promotion,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the financing mechanism and puts forward some reason?able suggestions.
