| 摘 要： | 本文对河南省18个市级政府门户网站进行测评研究,第一部分介绍了本次测评的指标体系,第二部分给出了测评结果,并依据结果分析了这18个市级网站的发展现状,第三部分总结了一些比较特色的网站栏目及建设经验,第四部分针对省内市级网站现状和存在问题提出了几点发展建议.

| Abstract: | This paper evaluates eighteen municipal government websites of Henan province.The first part of this paper explains the indicator system of this evaluation.The second part of the paper gives e-valuation results and analysis present condition of these government websites.The third part gives some experience of websites construction.The last part offers some advice based on the present situation of these websites. |
