| Abstract: | It has become a new way of thinking of business enterprise management in 21st centuries which promoting the traditional business enterprise personal management with science management of modern business enterprise human resource.The breeding,development and application of human resource are not only the decisive factor of the economic growth,but also the decisive strategic resources of directly composing business enterprise core competencies.At the knowledge-based economy predominate position of 21st centuries,usher in talented person,know how to handle the talented person,keep talented person is an inevitable choice for the business enterprise greeting the knowledge-based economy,and also an inevitable choice a to seek oneself development in new century. |
