| 摘 要： | 国外为企业量身打造的顾客满意度模型不适合于教育网站用户测评，国内教育领域一些学者提出的测评方法局限于各自的研究主题不足以推广。教育服务网站用户满意度模型由网站内容服务、网站功能服务、网站建设质量、用户满意度等子模型构成，该模型可复制性强，变量设置全面，简单方便，成本低廉，能在资源有限的情况下最大限度地促进网站的改善，以提高用户满意度。

| Abstract: | The customer satisfaction model tailored overseas for enterprises is not suitable for users' assessment of education websites.Assessing methods put forward by some domestic scholars in the educational field are restricted in their respective research subjects which are insufficient to be generalized.The user satisfaction model of education service websites consists of sub-models,including website content services,website function services,website construction quality and user satisfaction degree.The model,easy in replication,comprehensive in variable setting,simple and convenient with low cost,can improve the user satisfaction degree maximally with limited resources. |
