| 摘 要： | 建设人才高地是当前高校改革所面临的一项重要工作,如何贯彻落实人才强国战略,促进高校在人才培养、科学研究、服务社会三大功能的跨越式发展,为我国的社会主义现代化建设,实现全面小康社会做出应有的贡献是高校构筑人才高地的中心任务。本文就构筑高校人才高地的重要性、紧迫性、所面临的问题及建设措施进行初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | To build a pool of talents is a very important task that collages and universities should undertake in their present reforms. Among the key points of this task are how to carry out the strategy of "talents strengthening national power"and how to promote the development of colleges and universities in personnel training, scientific research and social service. Only through the accomplishments of these points can colleges and universities contribute to the modern building of China's socialism and the realization of a well-to-do society. The paper probes the importance and urgency of building a pool of talents. It also discusses the problems that colleges and universities will be faced with in the process, and some solutions are suggested here. |
