| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员作为高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的重要力量,进入新时期,随着社会环境的变化,其应具备的职业能力素养也有了新的内涵。本文根据相关文件规定,对高校辅导员应该具备的职业能力素养进行了梳理,并对辅导员职业能力素养提升提出了具体的路径探讨,希望能对相关的研究提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | As the daily ideological and political education management,college counselors play an important role.In the new period,with the change of social environment,the professional ability and accomplishment of the college counselors should have new contents.Based on relevant documents,this paper sorts out the professional ability and accomplishment that college counselors should have and puts forward some specific approaches to the improvement of counselors'professional ability and accomplishment,hoping to provide reference for related research. |
