| 摘 要： | 快乐体育从出现至今已有近20年的历史，但快乐体育思想对我国体育教学影响很大，随着体育教学改革的不断深入，现代教学论的思想、观点以迅猛之势向体育领域冲击，出现了一些新颖有趣、活泼生动的教学形式，快乐体育思想是对传统体育教学的摒弃，是向现代体育教学思想的迈进，这对于提高我国高校体育教学的实效性具有积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Almost twenty years has passed now since merry sports came out.However,the ideas of merry sports have had quite an effect on China's physical education.With the development of the reforms of sports teaching,modem thinking and ideas in teaching make a tremendous impact upon sports field.Some original,interesting and lively teaching methods have appeared.Merry sports teaching,which gets rid of the ideas of traditional teaching,is an advancement towards modem physical education and has active practical significance on improving the actual effects of sports teaching in the universities of our country. |
