摘    要:从中国教育发展史来看,许多对后世产生巨大影响的重要思想和言论,大都可以追溯到孔子,他的"教学相长"、"因材施教"、"不愤不启,不悱不发",都是"以人为本"教育思想的经典体现。这一思想对我们今天的高等师范教育仍有很大的启迪,作为从事师范教育工作的教师,很有必要学习、研究和借鉴其实际内涵和一些具体做法,并加以扬弃和发展。

Abstract:Most of the important ideologies and speech can be traced back to Confucius' ideas from the history of educational development of China.It is the classical reflection of his educational ideology of humanism that "teaching benefits teachers as well as students","teach students according to their aptitude" and "inspire students at the right time".The humanism ideology is still a great inspiration to our today's higher normal education.It is necessary for we normal university teachers to study,research and make use of its connotation and specific methods together with developing.
