| Abstract: | This paper lays stress on understanding the scientific intension and its important position of " national respects and guarantee of human rights" in the constitution, grasping constitutional spirits which is showed from four aspects, such as human rights and civil rights, democratic system human rights, state power and human rights and national sovereignty act. , and revealing the great meaning of promoting our socialism constitutional system to developed. |
