| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理工作的薄弱环节主要表现在三个方面,一是管理主体的素养和能力问题;二是对管理"空档"的忽视;三是对弱势群体的心理问题所做工作不力。我们应高度重视管理工作中的薄弱环节,及时寻求对策,提高管理水平和质量,做好新形势下的高校教育管理工作。

| Abstract: | There are three weak aspects in the management of college students.The first aspect is the attainment and capability of the principal parts.The second is the neglecting in the interval of the administration.The last is that the departments of the colleges and universities put a low position in handling the inferior groups with their psychology questions.We should attach great importance to the weak sectors in the management of college students,exploring the countermeasures timely,improving the level and quality of our management,in order to deal well with the management of the education in the colleges and universities. |
