摘    要:为研究黄芩有效成分的含量与配比方式在地区间的分异规律,并得出中国野生黄芩的主要分布类型, 本研究在全国实地采样,用HPLC分析了35个样地共353份野生黄芩样本的4种主要有效成分的含量,并以测得的 4种主要有效成分的含量与配比方式为指标,应用聚类分析和方差分析,对我国野生黄芩进行对比分析和分类研 究。结果显示:①黄芩有效成分的含量与生长环境有密切关系,我国野生黄芩的主要有效成分含量存在地域差 异,地理环境接近的区域生长的黄芩质量比较相似;②就黄芩的主要有效成分而言,我国的野生黄芩可分为二大 类,其中C1型黄芩的有效成分含量低,主要分布在冀北山地、辽东低山丘陵、内蒙古地区和东北地区,C2型黄芩的 有效成分含量高,主要分布区包括黄土高原区和西辽河平原。本文研究成果可为今后选用不同地区的黄芩药材提 供依据。
