| 摘 要： | 从校本研究角度出发,以教学管理体制与运行机制为研究对象,依据教学管理理论与原则,以管理创新为理念,提出了体育院校实行学校、院系、教研室三级教学管理体制与运行机制的改革方案,并进行了几年的实践探索,取得了一定的改革成效。实践证明,三级管理体制的实施符合体育院校专业办学实际,是高等学校教学管理体制改革的创新与探索,为深化高等学校教学体制改革提供了理论与实践参考案例。

| Abstract: | This research,based on management theory and principles of teaching,with focus on the teaching management system and the operation mechanism,executed a tertiary teaching management system and operation mechanism reform program at three levels,namely,the school level,the departmental level and the teaching section level.It proved to be a good case in study for the reform of school teaching system. |
