| 摘 要： | 体育法规清理原因既有外在因素,又有内在因素。在此基础上,对我国体育法规清理进行了追溯。到目前,较大规模的清理进行了几次。通过体育法规清理,我国现行体育法得到了修改,法律汇编具有了较为丰富的实践。通过清理发现的问题包括:废止的法规多,修改少;清理模式单一,以集中、被动清理为主;部门清理较多,各类法规清理之间协调不够以及清理功能有待进一步开发。为此提出加强理论研究、完善体育法规清理相关制度、建立长效机制等建议。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,study of problems existing in sports law amendment shows that there are internal and external factors.Up to now,large scale sports law amendment has gone on for several times.The sports law has been revised and experience has been gathered.However,abolishment is done more than revision.Means of amendment is simple and passive.Departmental amendment is mostly concerned.In view of these,countermesures are proposed. |
