| 摘 要： | 通过中日群众体育发展状况的比较分析,指出中国的群众体育发展无论是数量上还是结构上都与他国有巨大差距,发展群众体育在我国任重道远。而对我国人口结构的分析,指出我国目前正处于"人口红利"阶段,是全面推行群众体育的最佳时机。面对人口转变带来的这一历史性机遇,政府相关部门应该抓住这有利时机,切实推进群众体育建设,把群众体育的各项政策落到实处。最后评估了群众体育发展对我国未来社会发展的可能贡献,并提出相应的政策性建议。

| Abstract: | Through the comparative analysis of sports for all development in China and Japan,the author pointed out that China lagged behind with regard to either the quantity or the structure of sports for all.There is a long way to go in the future.China’s population structure analysis showed that China is currently in the "demography bonus" phase,faced with opportunities for developing sports for all.Therefore,relevant government departments should seize the opportunities and implement sports for all policies so that sports for all can be promoted and make contribution to the social development. |
