| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈、实地考查以及文献资料查阅等方法对青海省农牧区城镇群众体育发展的制约因素进行了分析。结果表明,制约青海省农牧区城镇群众体育发展的主要因素包括：健身观念淡薄、居民收入偏低、政府投入不足、缺乏组织管理、地理气候环境恶劣。因此,必须加大宣传力度,增加资金投入,加强组织管理,长期贯彻落实,这是发展农牧区城镇群众体育事业的必由之路。
